NATIONAL OFFER DAY - Monday 3 March 2025

On Monday 3 March, on-time applicants will receive the result of their application. From 10:00am you will be able to view details of the offered school by viewing the application.

You will be given an outcome for each individual school, which will be one of the following:
Place Offered - this is the school you have been offered.

Place Requested - this school has not been able to offer your child a place.

Discard - your request for this school was not required, because a higher preference school has offered a place.

You will also receive a letter, which will be sent to you by email during the morning of 3 March, with further details, including waiting lists and appeals if appropriate.

If you are happy with the offer and wish to accept it, you can accept the place on the application in the Parent Portal.

Applications 

Applications for an In-Year place (moving to the area or wishing to change schools within the academic year) can be made through this website, for any school in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council area.

Please also ask your child's current/previous school (if within the UK) to complete the following Background Information Form.

If you wish to apply for a place at a school in any other Local Authority area, you will need to apply through the relevant Local Authority.
