Pre-School On The Marsh CIC is a community Pre-School with an experienced staff team. We offer flexible childcare for all children aged  2 to 5 years. We help children learn and develop through play inside and outside and enjoy exploring the surrounding environment. We have a large emphasis on the outdoors and operate on a free-flow basis, children can choose to play inside or outside. We also offer Forest school sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings subject to availability.

Our setting was registered on 31st July 2015. Pre-School On The Marsh CIC was set up in June 2015 to provide quality childcare with a strong community focus and flexible approach. Our setting has an inclusion and equal opportunities policy. We run Forest School sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 12.30pm for children aged 3 and over attending a minimum of 2 Pre-School sessions. We operate during term time only. Parent Partnership is very important at our setting and we have many special event days over the year which parents are asked to attend. For some of our special events we ask for a small donation to cover costs. All afternoon and full day sessions come with a meal which is charged at an additional £2.50 per meal. We hold the right to charge a late pick up fee if persistent late picks up occur. All fees are invoiced half termly and late payment charges apply. From the 1st September we introduce a consumable charge, For all funded hours booked, Pre-School On The Marsh charge an additional consumable charge of £1.00 per hour. This charge covers all consumables and additional activities that are not covered by the early educational funding. Consumables: Our consumable charges covers the following.
Food: Snacks, cooking activity ingredients, top up breakfast.
Health and hygiene: wet wipes, paper towels, gloves, nappy bags, sun cream.
Resources: paints, mark making equipment, messy play, sand.
Activities: Dance, music. Playball, special events, local trips.
Other: Tapestry online journals, parent admin.
